Below is the solution to the quiz that I had posted yesterday on my Navtej Kohli Blog.

Whole wheat bread can be as low in fiber as white bread. “One hundred percent whole grain” is a better indicator that bread is high in fiber.

2. True. Fatty acids, like those found in fish, are healthy for you.
